This Privacy Policy applies to the Sprout: Microgreens Tracker mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), created by Yaroslav Homziak (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the App, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
The core functionality of Sprout: Microgreens Tracker relies on data stored locally on your device. Information regarding your plants, batches, growth stages, and schedules is saved directly on your iOS device using Apple's local storage frameworks. We do not transmit, read, or store this personal plant data on our servers.
At present, the App operates entirely offline regarding user-generated content. In the future, we may introduce synchronization features utilizing Apple's iCloud services. If implemented, data will be synced across your devices via your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We will not have direct access to your iCloud data.
To improve the App's stability and user experience, we use Google Firebase (including Crashlytics and Google Analytics). This service automatically collects anonymous diagnostic data, such as:
This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to maintain and enhance the App.
We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes anonymous purchase identifiers (such as an Apple App Store receipt) to verify your premium access level. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information (such as credit card numbers), as this is securely handled entirely by Apple.

Sprout: Microgreens Tracker does not contain third-party advertisements. We do not track your behavior to serve ads, nor do we sell your data to advertising networks.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
